What a great surprise. we drove past the way to la conner and the building is impressive in its size. almost thought it was a gas house. we read the sign.

The building was recently bought by shawn o’donnells. the menu has changed and the interior is rebuilt. eating is excellent. I had the roasted turkey.

Service was slow and sparce. The place was hot and uncomfortable. The food and drinks were excellent. The corned beef and cabbage was delicious.
