Contribuisci feedbackWent through the drive through and ordered 2 baconator combos. When I got to the window one of the staff members gave me the drinks. The second one didn 't have the lid put on properly so it was split all over my car. He then says here! (Like: hurry up and take your food. I said can you just give me a second it split everywhere. Then I take the bag and he was about to leave. Then I said Can I have some napkins? Give me 2 without a word then leaves. How rude, I work in the fast food industry if I saw that happen I would say I 'm sorry I thought the lid was on properly, do you want some napkins? And to top it all off, what was left of my sprite tasted like water and the food tasted very bland. Never going there again.
The service we got in this particular restaurant was as bad as it gets. After placing an order and asking for decaf coffee we were told that they didn’t serve it. On pushing the point as we have had it there before, the girl behind the counter then told us yes we have it but can’t put on a pot for just one customer, and maybe we should try Tim Hortons for decaf as they always have it on. We will in the future take this servers advice land go elsewhere.
Especially this Wendy is terrible. On three straight different occasions they gave me the wrong items or simply missed items that I paid. It's really incredible how unreliable they are compared to other places. Three strikes and no more Wendys near home for me.
I would normally not write a review of a Fast Food Joint, since, frankly, my expectations are not so high. But I just had a ride through Wendy's ancaster. At the microphone I was asked to wait a moment. I thought they were busy. After a few minutes they took my order and I moved forward to pay. There was another car (so they were not busy) and they had his order wrong. Wait more, I then paid $22.60 for two combos and waited a bit more for the food to come. No excuse for waiting. The first thing I noticed about eating was the small portion size when that happened? The food itself was blazing. For the money I paid, I think they should do much better. I think there's a reason this location isn't busy. I will not rush back
I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the owner of this franchise needs to address a serious issue with one of their front line employees. On June 8th at 10:30 a.m., the woman who took our order was extremely rude and had a disappointing attitude. She seemed to act as though we were bothering her and showed no sign of kindness. She messed up our order for chili, didn't even crack a smile, and appeared to have complete contempt for us. This is the second time I've received similar service from this woman, the first being at Wendy's on Upper James in Hamilton about a year ago. Dear Wendy's Management: You should consider sending this employee to a Customer Service Boot Camp, as her behavior has deterred me from returning to your restaurant, which is unfortunate for the other employees.
