Kfc - Anchorage

Picked up the 8 piece dinner at the drive through. The place wasn?t that busy but the order was wrong and was politely corrected by the staff. At home it was found that the chicken was tough and rubbery with just a salty flavor, the biscuits were dry and hard. What happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken? This isn?t the chicken I grew up having as a special treat for dinner. So disappointed.

You would think KFC would have GOOD chicken. It was trash. Extremely dry and the skin was soggy. Better off going to CARRS.

The team that was working the evening shift (6pm ish) monday august 1st at the debarr location was awesome! My order was taken as soon as i pulled up the woman on the speaker was fast and efficent the young man at the window was pleasant and calm even tho they were extremly busy he made small talk about the weather! As i started to pull away my daughter realized she wanted an additional mac and cheese and a soda we parked and went inside where the young man at the counterwas very friendly to us both and also fast tho clearly busy when we got home to eat everything tasted fresh hot and amazing! The whole team was killing it! I havent been here in a while and was very pleased with the whole visit! THANKSGUYS! will definatly return! Phenominal service tonight!

Team working at 7PM on 23 August was on point! Food was very fresh and the team was polite and prompt! Keep up the great work ????????

Long wait time, bad customer service. What ever happen to fast food, decent quality?!
