Ordered online. Showed up at the time it said order would be ready. Took forever for someone to acknowledge I was there, then another 30 minutes to get my order. Food was cold so it had probably been sitting there the whole time they were making me wait. Not our first bad experience at a Red Robin and we will never go to another one.
This location has been going downhill for years. The food was good, but that’s it. LONG wait for a table, only 1/4 of the restaurant is being utilized due to minimal staff. The place is dirty with sticky floors and tables! I won’t be returningParking: Plenty of parking
Showed up at 12:03PM for lunch. Host came over to ask how many people at 12.09PM, waited 6 mins. Then told us it’ll be 5 mins til we can be seated so the waiters can catch up on their tables… IT IS LUNCH TIME… put up a sign that says, “short staff, expect longer wait…” four more parties showed up so the host came back and seated us at 12:19PM.We’ve been waiting at our table with no waiter asking us what drinks or food order because we had 20 mins to stand and pick out our food. Walked out at 12:25PM cause no one cared to take our orders… RIDICULOUS service. Get your staffed trained. Find a shift manager and have them greet people. Or shut your restaurant down if you can’t find staff.
NEVER AGAIN. We have memories from many years ago when this was a premier burger emporium. What's changed? Horrible service. No fault on wait staff, they are just way understaffed. Burgers have a low weight patty, cooked ions ago, dried out and flavorless. Fries used to be great but these were fried sometime ago, were soggy and lukewarm. About covers it
