Thai Orchid Inc - Anchorage

One of the best Thai places in town. Usually pretty busy at lunch as the restaurant is small, but take-out times are always quick. Food is made to order, so sometimes it can take a minute. Consistency is great and the price is very reasonable for the portion size. (I almost always leave with leftovers.

I first discovered this amazing restaurant several years ago as a college student. I was writing a nutrition related paper on international cuisine and the gentleman at the time was kind enough to allow me to ask a variety of questions about the foods, preparation and even decor. The food here is amazing with fresh, colorful vegetables and delicious curry dishes. Hands down one of my all time favorite places for Thai.

Best Thai in Anchorage, probably the state and maybe the West coast. Great staff, even better food. Can’t wait to eat there again!!!

I consistently get high quality Thai food here. the plah shrimp is phenomenal! and her rama and angel noodles are also family lovers. friends have tried some of their American dishes and ran over them. in the ground, if you want the freshest ingredients and most constituent recipes, this is the place to go!

This place is popular for a reason! Love getting takeout from here. Their stir fries and curries are top notch. My fav is the Ka Pao Chicken (Thai basil stir fry), so tasty! All of their dishes are made with quality ingredients and full of flavor.
