Contribuisci feedbackThis morning we were served by Kaydin at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, Kaydin did not listen properly to our order and provided poor customer service. However, the food was served quickly and the girl at the next window who handed us our food was very pleasant.
I ordered one meal and one side at this restaurant. I was given a drink and told to park my car. There was no explanation as to why this seems to happen every time I visit. We waited around ten minutes for our food to be brought out to us, even though there were only two cars behind us in the queue that were also told to park. The woman who brought out our food was soaking wet as it was pouring down rain. When I checked the bag, I noticed that the sauces I paid for were missing. When the woman returned with the sauces, I had to go inside to get a straw because one was also missing. The food was only warm, indicating that it may have been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. I question the purpose of having a drive-through if this is the experience. It should be noted that the restaurant did not seem to be short-staffed.
Please improve the behavior of your cleaning staff, as they were rude and impatient. They did not wait for us to finish ordering, rushed to mop the floor, and made us feel uncomfortable.
Every time I go to mcdonalds for a take out they all ways get order wrong this time I paid for 4 portions of chips which I never got and did not notice until was home that they where missing
Brilliant! Less than 2 mins ordered through drive through and out. All good was fresh, lovely and hot and order included plant burger which normally has a wait time on it! Much better than our local one in Wishaw!
