Buffalo Wild Wings - Ankeny

Stopped by tonight to see if this place had started sucking less. This used to be one of our favorite spots, but the last 2 years things had gone so down hill that we stopped coming. To our surprise we had a very good experience tonight. Prompt, pleasant service. Food came all together, it came quickly and was well prepared. As we left, multiple people wished us a good night. It was quite a 180 difference. It was also nice to see Stofer back in the bar. We will likely try again soon!

The beer is cold, the wings hot and the service fine. BWW is exactly what you’d expect from a chain restaurant. If you’re looking to watch sports- it’s a great view from every seat and nearly every game is available.

It took a while to get our order, but everything was hot and delicious. We had the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and wrap, and the Henny Hustle- my new favorite drink.

No longer a place to see Sunday football. tvs have been set to other sports that were not even live (drag racing, volleyball, tennis). it is not planned to go back here.

Our server was really great to make us feel like we were her one and only table. she was a spectacular server! eating was great! the Thai curry sauce waz super! great experience.
