Jimmy John's - Ann Arbor

I couldn't deliver the jimmy johns app bc it said it wouldn't deliver. So I can't use this job to get a freebee. I called at 10:30 a.m., and the lady said it was bc, they switched off the reliever until 11 a.m. I waited until 11 o'clock and tried at least 20x between 11-11:30 and would not work yet. So I used doordash. the order lasted 30 min longer than predicted. I talked to the manager to see if he could give me something advert, as the order could not be added to my account (because their online app does not work). He said no, nothing I can do for her, and her order is still here. I would have been happy with a free bag of chips or 20% off a good certificate or only to confess my care. very frustrating and my car is in charge or I would just have picked it up myself. unhappy with the reaction of management to a loyal customer.

Good subs, cheap and fast always my sandwich on time and pleasure. great location

I have ordered from this store many times and always had a good sandwich. No delivery problems either.

A worker was awfully rude because they could not find my job that was already paid. she demanded that my order was placed in ypsi and sent me away.

We have ordered online to take the car on a trip. when we arrived to pick up a few minutes later (freaky fast delivery stopped a year ago) we discovered the load locked and dark an hour and a half before their booked closing time. no sign at the door. we have ordered for years from this favorable position, but I am finished with jimmy john’s. their tepid, corporate copy paste responses tell them everything they need to know why they can't serve a restaurant.
