The staff has consistently been helpful and I have not had to wait much, as usually whomever might be sampling out little yogurt tastes will set the tray down and come help customers if there is more than one person in line. I especially appreciate that the yogurt is only made with cane sugar and no corn syrup, as well as the fact that they offer fresh cut fruit, which they apparently cut up daily. Original tart yogurt with your choice of fresh fruit is the way to go if you are looking for a tasty dessert or snack that is not a total sugar bomb.
This is the first time I write a review about this place , I love what I get all the time from there , but today I wasn?t happy about the smoothies I order it for me and my sister . I asked for 2 larges chocolate hazelnut smoothies , the girl who worked there went to make them , but when she finished the first one , I told her that it is too thick and it has too much ice , but she said no it?s suppose to be like this. The other one made it the same thing that when my sister and I to drink that we couldn?t drink throw the straw and had to bring from Starbucks a straw to drink it , but even with the wider straw couldn?t drink because there was too much ice in it and still have a quarter of my drink is ice . This is the worst time I get my drinks like this . I hope somebody can see that and take it serious .
I stopped by the pinkberry at Briarwood mall. I asked for smallest size, and the girl grabbed an actual small size instead of mini. When I told her I saw an even smaller size, she immediately apologized and was going to reserve me with the mini size. I didn?t want her to waste the one she already got so I told her it?s fine. She apologized again and charged me mini size for the small size she got for me. This is what an excellent customer service she demonstrated.
After a long time waiting for stores to open my husband and I decided to get some pink berry yogurt and went to the Ann Arbor location. Store opens at 12 pm We arrived at 12,20 and seen they counter was open , every topping was out ready but no employee in sight. We stand at the counter waited for about 5-10 minutes than went to another store for some time came back and still no one to serve us. Very very disappointed because we went out of our way to help the business but no one wanted Buisines I guess.
I love Pinkberry, and unfortunately where I live they?re virtually all shut down, so I was excited to find one still running during my visit to MI. Based on the most recent reviews, I was worried they wouldn?t be open, but thankfully someone was available to help us. The flavor options were very basic and lackluster, but I was grateful to find an operating Pinkberry at all. Aside from the limited flavor selection, my only other complaint is that the fresh toppings were anything but: the strawberries in particular were old, mushy, and there were small fruit flies in the case.
