Slim's Place - Anna Maria

If I could give the blond waitress/bartender a zero star for service I would. She scolded us for putting 5 at a 4 top table and then scolded someone else for putting 3 at a 5 top. Good lord lady don’t you have better things to worry about then how any ppl are sitting at a table. Have some better service training and customer service skills. If I hadn’t been with four other ppl I would’ve walked out.

Our final lunch on Anna Maria behind departing back to the UK… Amazing meal and great service. Would highly recommend :

Found this place in a local news paper. All I can say is Slim's Yah did Philly dirty. I'm not gonna talk about the price of a cheesteak here compared to Philadelphia. I'm sure the food cost is up there on the island when you're gathering all the ingredients. The steak was drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Atmosphere was mid..... Staff were pleasant. I was missing Philly so much and it just didn't hit the spot. İ hate to say it.

The customer service was great and the food was amazing. Some of the best mac and cheese I’ve had. We got mac and cheese, a slim burger and a chicken parm sandwich. You get SO much food for the price, and it’s all really good. So bussin, 10/10

I ordered a Philly cheese steak but was underwhelmed. Not a lot going on with it. But it came highly recommended. Pleasant staff, but the glitch of not being able to do carryout screwed our dinner plans. We sat at the bar had a decent meal but was not significantly impressed.
