Food Trucks Co. Eatery - Ansonia

The menu at this restaurant is extensive and includes vegan options. They also serve beer and cocktails, and we were even able to enjoy some live music during our visit.

I had driven by this restaurant a few times before, but decided to give it a try for lunch today. Mariam greeted me warmly with high energy and efficiently explained the menu. She made me feel welcome with smiles, small talks, and laughter. The food was amazing and incredibly fresh, served alongside a nice new school jukebox. The prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage support for small businesses in the area.

I wanted to share my recent dining experience with my daughter at Food Trucks Co. in Ansonia. We sampled the variety of sliders and delicious fried shrimp fries. The prices were affordable and the music added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I appreciate that the food trucks can also be rented for parties. I highly recommend this place for a unique dining experience.

I wanted to try some place different for lunch today so I gave it a try. I gotta say I’m mad it has been there for almost a year and this was my first trip. I tried two sliders and both were amazing! I want to try them all now- see ya tomorrow and thanks for getting me out of drive thru’ rut!
