Contribuisci feedbackOur reservation was not honored. It seems that the website was not updated to reflect that the restaurant had closed early. When we arrived, the hostess told us that they couldn't accommodate the three of us because the kitchen was already closed.
We made a reservation on Open Table for four. When we arrived, we were told that they only take reservations for large parties which was very strange. They had plenty of tables available so this was not a problem. Overall our experience would be considered average. Not horrible, but nothing special either.
The food was delicious. The only negative was the service. The reservation was made through Open Table and when we arrived, were told they did not have a reservation for us. It was not busy, so there was no problem getting a table. However, I was disappointed that no reservation was found. Our server was inexperienced and no one was assisting her. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. She immediately wanted to take our dinner order. We were celebrating a retirement and wanted to enjoy each other's company! Again, the restaurant was not busy, so it wasn't a matter of needing the table. After we received our food, we barely saw her and had to look for her to get additional bar drinks, more water, order dessert and finally to get our bill. When I spend several hundred dollars for dinner for my family, I do expect the service to be very good.
The food was excellent, but the only issue was that my corn on the cob was served ice cold.
I made a reservation thru open table for 9 pm on NYE only to be called back the on the day of the reservation by someone from the restaurant to tell me at around 8:30 pm they close at 9pm that day. Even though I check for their business hour and called to be reassured that they will be open after midnight. Unforseen don't recall name of employees.
