Mcdonald's - Apple Valley

Beautifully rebuilt, but evil when it comes to cleanliness. in the last few weeks they were here twice to let the children play in the playground. both visit I was surprised how dirty each surface was. also müll sit around everywhere. this is regrettable because it is a beautiful space and fun for the children.

My husband just returned from this location not more than 3 miles away from our home. I sent him to get me a caramel frappe and two plain cheeseburgers with a small fry. I can’t believe they would send him back with this mocha nightmare. Now I don’t know if they offered this in place of or just gave my husband the wrong item. He’s not one to complain. However, this drink is not AT ALL frozen or even remotely cold. I did not drink more than a sip, a drop, a small taste of this beverage before needing to immediately spit it out. Please DO NOT serve this to anyone else. I’m horrified that this frothy warm chocolate syrup was even handed out the window. Please tell your customer you can’t do this type of drink for them instead of giving what you just gave me. It is not drinkable, and my poor husband paid for two. Dumped down the drain. I work food service too, I understand how it feels to be in the kitchen late at night, but please don’t take your frustration out on your guests. I appreciate you showing up, and I would have happily not had a caramel frappe if the machine is down, or needs cleaning, or if you just don’t feel like it. 4/8/2022 at about 10:45 -11pm ish. Sorry guys, but seriously?

I SHOULDN'T EVEN GIVE it 1 STAR. I don't normally do fast-food places but it was almost 10 PM and we needed to eat!!I ordered a Bacon QPC Meal with NO ONIONS and a Sprite. I paid over $10.00 for the meal!Even though it CLEARLY STATES on BOTH the receipt and the burger box NO ONIONS; there not ONLY were ONIONS on the burger BUT there extra ONIONS on it.I waited 15 minutes at the pick-up window for my order! The burger was made WRONG, the fries were cold and GROSS, the Sprite tastes like it was RANCID and/or the lines were flushed with CHEMICALS that were not properly flushed (scared to drink didn't want to end up in the ER).McDonald's YOU NEED TO DO WAY BETTER! THIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

The staff are always friendly! But, we have a nearly 100% fail rate on our simple order. Most recent was today. Ordered an only ketchup and onion cheeseburger and got no cheese and no onion. Who orders a cheeseburger with no cheese? That’s a hamburger. I can’t even with that logic and not worth the drive back.

Staff is rude. No Hello, welcome to McDonald's they just stare at you until you order. They ask if it's to go or dine-in. When you say dine in half the the time they put it in a tray. Either way, they shove your food at you and say nothing, no thank you They act like they are doing you a huge favor by taking your order and giving you your food.
