I realized at home that we had been charged dish by dish and not the menu... so the bill was higher... too bad I will be careful next time Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Stopped here to charge the Tesla and I was glad that food was on offer. Although a little posh for my taste on this occasion it was very nice. I had pork cheek and it was cooked lovely. The whole meal was very nice. Service was good and attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
We were happy to dine at the Chaumois restaurant for my birthday but we were disappointed. Certainly the welcome, the setting and the service nothing to say, but the quality of the dishes is more than mediocre. Eggs in meurette with an unreduced and very salty sauce, a fillet of cod (dish of the day) overcooked and dry on top, the same for the salmon steak, the old-style veal blanquette had nothing to offer. a blanquette of veal (the cream sauce, the small pearl onions, the mushrooms and the bacon were missing) plus a juice that was too salty. Really not at the level of what we previously knew. All for 160€ for 5..... I don't think we will come back even though we loved this restaurant....
Young and old alike enjoyed the meal! Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Staying at another hotel who's restaurant was closed I happened on this little gem. Polite and welcoming staff, good food, reasonable prices. I had a lentil and duck salad (a bit too much lentils but nevermind), the veal special, and a tasty tiramisu all washed down with a couple of glasses of local red. 3 courses makes a set menu so it was a little bit cheaper than the menu prices. Recommended. Service: Dine in
