Eggs were super dry and the **** of the Hollandaise sauce tasted like Mayo. Nothing special. The best taste was fresh orange juice, but that was also overpriced. Nova Lox Egg Bagel with small orange juice $19. Would like to go back in to give it back, but didn't want to make a big deal. P.S. If you want better egg sandwiches, drive another 10-15 minutes to Einstein Bagels on Foothill in passdena
It was an hour to the end of time, and the girl took my order wrong. But, regardless of breakfast Burrito was delish. Portions are good!
Bagels are half decent if you can ever order one. The service in this place feels like you're on a hidden camera show. I made the trip 4-5 times (if there were more bagel stains in the area), and I never got what I asked. The two variables of the type of bagel type of cream cheese are obviously too difficult for the phi beta kappa to run the show to find out always. Is this the place where the Del Taco rejections apply? Didn't know it was possible that it was so incapable.
We found 25 years ago gold stone in Pasadena in the old town. This location is away when the old town Pasadena was renovated. At some point a new location opened in our area and we enjoyed their bagels and sandwiches for years. It was our place on Saturday and Sunday morning. Unfortunately, this place has closed after about 10 years. We missed this place and our little corner table where we pulled the morning away from talking and laughing. Today we were in Arcadia and went to the gold stone on Santa Anita Blvd with our dog and sat outside. Our sandwiches (the New Yorker) were just as good as we remembered years ago. The smoked salmon was very fresh and the combination with cream cheese, purple onions, tomatoes and capers was perfect on my salt bag. My wife had the same thing on a whole bagel and she loved it. I stayed outside with our dog while my wife ordered and we enjoyed our sandwiches on the small terrace area. I went in later to use the toilet room and check a sweet bagel. The inside of the shop looks dated and has seen better days. It was clean, but if I don't know Goldstein's quality bags and Bagel sandwiches, I could think twice about ordering there. We will probably be back even though there is a 10 miles drive from our home. It's much easier than going to New York.
Love the service, you have the option to dine in or drive thru, which I love. Service was the best. Bagels are delicious
