Every time I order a pizza, if you, the customer, go and get it, they are a little careful otherwise... If you ask for it undercooked on purpose to avoid receiving it burnt, it invariably arrives burnt! Change pizza chefs if they don't know how to do the job and above all if they don't know how to carry out customer requests. Tonight 04/07/2024 at around 6.45pm I order a pizza with sausage, undercooked and cut, by phone. Delivery by 8pm. Arrives at 8.25pm, so late. Invariably it arrives semi cold burnt very salty (I don't even know why) and not cut. Same story every time, now tell me if a pizzeria like this should have such an attitude. Oh and I forgot... far worse quality compared to last year. From now on definitely never Pizzalonga Mira again!!!

In Mira the best but only personal taste. The problem is the lack of customer focus. You can't call at 6.45pm for a delivery and be met with a two-hour wait. You need a manager urgently! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
