The guy could barely form a complete sentence and have the nerve to be rude . He was upset because he had to work the day before Thanksgiving and refused service to many guest we had large orders .

Everything was hot. Ordered 2 pc spicy white meal. What happened to the crazy wing??‍. Chicken was extra crispy with spicy seasoning on top ??‍. Mashed potatoes containing a slither of gravy. This meal cost $10. Come on guys. Do better! I love churches chicken. I’ve been eating churches for over 40 years. Get it together!

Customer service is horrible by Veronica. Make it simple smile and say thank you even if your not feeling it! Food was over cooked and no green beans!

It's not like it use to be. The chicken tasted old, the honey butter biscuit was stale. The fries were cold and old. Just no flavor. The workers were not wearing hair nets, no gloves while handling food at all.. awful!!! I won't return to that location.
