Dak! Chicken - Arlington

I stayed in the Arlington Shirlington area for about a week and sampled several local restaurants. At DAK! Chicken, I only tried two appetizers: the seasoned fries and the pot stickers. The fries were fantastic, but the pot stickers—especially when paired with the soy dressing—were incredible. They were so delicious that I ended up ordering another tray of them!

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! This is the best Korean chicken I've ever had in Virginia. Their selection of draft and bottled beers is fantastic! I can't wait to bring my co-workers and friends here soon. We ordered wings and fries, and if you're looking for great chicken and beer, this is the spot!

I visited this restaurant tonight for a quick bite to eat and was genuinely impressed with the food. I had the opportunity to meet the two owners, Jay and Gil, and they were both really cool. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the staff was even friendlier. I ordered the chicken strips in all three flavors—honey, hot, and soy/garlic. I also tried the calamari fingers, kimchi, and cole slaw kimchi. Everything was fantastic! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Korean style fried chicken is some of the best fried chicken around, and Dak really knocks it out of the park. Ive never been anything less that totally satisfied in the dozen+ times Ive come here. One of my fav places in Shirlington hands down.

Stopped by on a whim and was not disappointed! Ordered two sets of wings, one hot and the other honey. The hot wings were just that, deliciously spicy with a great taste, and the honey wings helped to cool down a bit. Sides of kimchi and coleslaw were most welcome. Service was excellent. Very attentive and super friendly. I have been looking for a new chicken place for a while and if they keep up this level of great service and excellent food, this joint might just become my second home.
