Lots of great veggie rolls including watercress with pickled radish. You can order combos or a la carte. Several tofu dishes. Several salads, soups sides that I assume are vegan. All I ate was delicious and fresh light. Reasonable prices and very quick service, considering it’s a sit-down restaurant in an airport: Just outside the security checkpoint for terminal B (also very near terminal C .

The veggie roll combo is great and perfect for lunch or dinner. Filling and fresh, pretty dang good for airport food. Plus they have inari!

The restaurant offers a variety of large veggie rolls, featuring water circles topped with radishes. You can choose from combo meals or order à la carte. There are several tofu dishes available, along with a range of salads, and it seems that the soup options are vegan as well. Everything I tasted was delicious and refreshing. Prices are reasonable, and the service is impressively quick, especially for an airport restaurant—it's conveniently located just outside the security checkpoint for Terminal B, and also very close to Terminal C.
