Potbelly - Arlington

Staff: The employees are kind and polite, and also always make me feel welcome.Food: My meal was made fresh, and tasted delicious.

Low food, yummy price. Wait... i think i got something mixed up. LOL. have you been to Potbelly before? Do you have a general understanding of product quality and staff expectations? Would you consider eating at Potbellies again? Well look no further! This establishment has quality control food products that will put a smile on your face, and a pot in your belly (not really, but what im trying to say is hunger will be satisfied) I came here over half a dozen times, not once did service standards drop. Food, including milkshakes were uniform and consistently delicious, staff were nice and friendly people (but they werent so overly nice and friendly it got kinda creepy and awkward like you get with new target cashiers). I just loved the vibes I got from staff working here. Always positive, quick, motivated workers who always beat when it was the say have a good day time in the interaction. If you are in the area and hungry, me recommend eat here. food yummy yummy. Belly happy happy. people smiley smiley. just shut up and come here with your usual order, i promise you that you wont be disappointed.

Sandwiches were good. Staff seemed like they weren't invested in the operation though they did give partial discount due to extended wait

Came in to grab a sandwich in between work meetings. Staff was friendly, but not paying attention. Two of the four people working were on their cell phones and several times, had to repeat what I wanted to the person making my sandwich and to the cashier when paying. This could have been easily avoided. My turkey sandwich was missing everything I wanted aside from lettuce and mustard. Waste of time and money.

Wanted to give a shout out to Deven! She is super sweet, and always greets us with a smile on her face potbelly has become my favorite lunchtime/ dinner place now just for the atmosphere she also makes the best sandwiches! Thank you Deven!
