FOR STORE#511 I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS VERY MUCH. THE SANDWICHES ARE THE BEST. THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO NICE PEOPLE. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS. I REALLY RECOMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Placed a delivery order for a sandwich and requested extras (cucumbers, hot peppers, onions, and extra pickles) and the sandwich didn’t come with any of the extras. I called to make them aware, and they said the person that made the sandwich put it on there and to look under the lettuce. I’m staring at my sandwich now and said I could send a picture of a sandwich that clearly doesn’t have any of the ingredients. I wasn’t looking for a replacement, just simply to make them aware, but they clearly didn’t want the feedback and stood by adding those ingredients to the sandwich. I will never order from here again.

Disgusting. Inedible. Imagine taking a bite and the bad taste says something is wrong here, so you don’t eat more than a few bites but the taste lingers for hours later. I’ve been a patron of Jimmy Johns across the US for 15 years. Naturally some experiences have been great, some not so great, but overall a good sandwich shop with the highest item being the bread. The bread has always had this signature smell. It tastes incredible and my family loves it. THIS, what they served today. Ain’t it.

So generous and kind. come here everyday and they never get annoyed and always treat my friends and i w kindness and are always in a good mood

Terrible customer service I was trying to buy a drink when their card reader wasn’t working and the owner wouldn’t give me the drink been coming here for 2 years almost every day. 2 weeks ago I had another issue when I asked a worker where is my sandwich because I was waiting for 20 minutes watching people get theirs before me he threw the sandwich at me.
