Captain D's - Arnold Air Force Base

Okay so we went through the drive thru and they took my ordered within 10 mins of sitting there which isn’t an issue at all but we sat in the line behind a car for 40 MINUTES. when we got to the window the customer service was unbearable and we felt very unwanted and unwelcome. it also seems to look as the personal hygiene was not very good of the person working the window. i completely understand that not everyone has the accessibility to have the best personal hygiene but this was extremely bad. i definitely will not be coming back to this location. i hope that management can solve this issue and get things back to how they were a couple years ago.

I was in the drive thru for 35 min! 20 min. waiting to make an order (10 min. of that sitting at the call box after the lady said, just a moment . Then 15 min at the window! What is wrong with this place?!? Restaurants in Tullahoma seem to be going down bad in customer service and customer importance. Actually, the food was good when we FINALLY got it.

My rating went from 5 stars to 1 star. We have tried to eat here 3 times recently. Every time, we just have to leave after waiting for soooo long. Cars drop out of the drive thru line like flies. Short staff or whatever it is, it's gonna kill the business.

The bathroom smells horrendous, you can smell it in the eating area. I gagged while trying to use the restroom on how bad it smelt in here. Had to hold my breath just to pee. This is ridiculous.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I got a refund and went
