Chateau D'arpaillargues Le Marie D'agoult

The room (room 1) was nice and comfortable, and a plus for the in-room mobile phone induction charger. However, this room is on the top floor and for some reason there is almost zero hot water flow and pressure, so we couldn 't have a shower in the morning before we left.....I waited more than 10min just to get some hot water in the tap. Anyway, the hotel is lovely including the staff and the restaurant.

Beautiful from outside but not comfortable or very clean inside. On top of that my son had something that looked like bed bugs bite the day after. Breakfast was great, the only positive point of our stay. We stayed only one night, it was very warm and the AC was not working, we couldn’t contact anyone during the night and the day after we were told they were in “heating mode”

Lovely building, friendly staff, very nice food in informal surroundings in the garden by the pool. The size and finish of the rooms isn't four star but then neither is the price. And all is clean and comfortable. With a decent car park and an amazingly huge pool.

This charming hotel is located in a beautiful old building (Dit castle in the region in the small town centre of Arpaillargues. The places breathe calm and serenity. The reception, staff and services are friendly, pleasant and coming. The hotel has several room categories located in the castle where the old magnanerie. Certain parts would deserve a little more maintenance and repair but it must be complicated in this type of building. However, it does not harm the quality of the whole. The places remain beautiful and original. The rooms are quiet, well equipped with old furniture, the wifi is correct. The restaurant, tested for the New Year's meal (Single Menu , offers quality food with original dishes. Breakfast is complete with very good products. The hotel also has a small bar. In any case the staff is at your listening and enjoyable. Between the main building and the old magnanerie you have a treed courtyard that must be very pleasant to the beautiful season. On the other side of the street a large park has a parking lot with electric charging station and different leisure places, not tested seen the season (Piscine, Jacuzzi, gym, tennis, .... . It is therefore a very beautiful place that welcomes you and which is also located a short distance from various tourist places (Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nîmes and a little further Arles, Avignon and I pass. A place to remember for an original stay. Although prices may seem expensive, they are justified in the light of benefits and location. The overall value/price ratio is therefore normal.
