Contribuisci feedbackIn 2 hours before the closing for a burrito. I was turned away since I had no online order. I went to qdoba and was greeted with a smile and a timely service. I never go to this place again, the customer service is always bad.
It was decent I ordered an extra chips and salsa and they barely even filled My Salsa up halfway I was very disappointed my burrito bowl was fine the usual nothing great no complaints just Chipotle they used to be super super good as they got more popular they've just kind of became average I guess still got great burrito bowls just not as great as they once were this location was fine and all the people were nice and it was clean too
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered online and upon arrival the order was not completed. The order was finished 15 minutes late. I don’t know why there is an option for selecting a time for pickup if the order isn’t done at the time you select.Then after leaving and taking our food out we realized they had messed up the order as well. We paid extra for steak and salsa on one of the items and they gave us chicken and beans. We tried to call and speak with a rep but the number never let speak to an actual human. The fix that the automated system gave us was a limited time offer for a free kids meal. ?
Another lazy and loser generation situation with poor management. This place really closes at 9:30pm, maybe earlier. I was here at 9:42pm and they already had everything cleaned and the food gone. This kind of lazy mentality always goes into other areas as well. You better believe they skimp wherever possible. I will not be back ever.
I'd rather see everyone fired, place sucks, staff sucks and they don't know what it means when your food is supposed to be ready. Terrible management can't even get a online order let alone run the place, honestly disappointed. Hope none of them are another day
