Jersey Mike's Subs - Arvada

This location has no flow on getting customers out the door . All four associates kept bumping heads and confusion. Overall the food was great but you shouldn?t start a order and then go do something else leaving customers waiting .

Came in just before closing on a Saturday night. Was not made to feel rushed....the gentlemen were friendly and the store was very clean. Great food and great service!

I always order from this place and the food is great every time. Today I ordered and they were out of jalapeño chips so they substituted regular chips and included a hand written note apologizing and gave me a free sub voucher. Awesome work guys! I'm a chef myself so I understand completely but that is why I keep ordering from you. I hope you are appreciated by management for your efforts.

Horrible customer service. I didn?t get at all what I wanted and when I checked in with the girl, she snapped at me that she heard me the first time. The order was completely wrong. Yikes. We have plenty of other options including another Jersey Mikes down the road. I won?t be returning to this location again.

So my order was wrong, no biggie. Came back to get it fixed and just wanna say the two people working, they were awesome, patient, friendly and fixed my food. But the owner really needs to staff this place because they are so stressed over sandwiches, 2 people on a Sunday night is not enough. Kinda messed up. 5 stars to the team but 1 star for the owner/management.
