Great Wendy’s! The lady at the register is hilarious and it definitely made my day! I love it how she asked “do you have time to eat with us today?” It was such a different approach to the boring “for here or Togo” that it really made me laugh! I sat to eat, and every single person that ordered food was surprised by her question and was smiling afterwards. Couldn’t find anything wrong with this location. Food on par with Wendy’s standards, and everyone very friendly!
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Sandwich had blond hair in it (pictured). Customer servace was DREADFUL. Filthy kitchen with staff more focused on flirting and chastising customers then providing a fraction of an equivalent to the shard of meth that half of them seem to be smoking in the kitchen (except the fat “manager” she was high on a power trip not meth… clearly. Staff mocked me and didn’t provide any dignity or respect for the people who are over-paying for the disgusting food. I was charged over $20 for two sandwiches and two small chilies and they got 50% of the order wrong. When I came all the way back to the drive-through from my house after finding the hair in my food they refused to fix the incorrect order. Apparently the girl working there tonight is the “general manager” and she said her name is Tori… however she would not provide me with a receipt for the food so I’m fairly sure that she was lying. I took pictures she’s the fat one smirking and ignoring me at the drive-through.
Door dashers do not get an hourly wage, nor do we get paid to park get out of our vehicle and get the order, that the employees can simply give to a dasher through the drive thru window. In fact we make less money doing this, since dashers could already be on our way for the next order. The fact that the employees refuse to provide a valid reason as to why and completely ignore me when i asked is very unprofessional!
