I went to this location on 5/23 at around 5pm. The food was standard CFA food. After getting our food I realized we had not received a straw so I went to the counter to ask for one. There was one other customer at the counter and the manager (i assume he was because he was the only one in a black polo) was walking back and forth behind. I made multiple attempts to get his attention just to ask for a straw. was ignored the first few excuse me sir 's and then finally after my third he rudely turned to me and said one minute. finally some kid behind the counter saw me and asked how he could help. Now i realize i made the mistake of standing where doordash drivers stand to pick up their orders but even still, if you 're treating your customers this way you shouldn 't be managing a restaurant. it wasn 't even busy inside. Don 't ignore customers at the counter and if you can 't handle a rush, find a different job.
I successfully used the app and ordered ahead. There was very little wait time to receive my food.
I went here last night, and we waited in the famous mile long chick-fil-a line lol, we ordered our food, and I could clearly tell the guy taking our order was new because he had someone beside him and he was asking if he listed the items the right way, he was very friendly too. We got our food, and two things were missing, but I went inside and showed them my recipe, and they gave me the food that was missing. No judgment on the new guy at all. It happens to everyone, and our order being wrong couldn't even be his fault.
