Contribuisci feedbackYour baguette is packed like a baguette in a croissant. Idk as they do, but it is amazing, crispy and flakey on the outside and beautiful bread on the inside. Not too gluten-free. Breakfast salad was an excellent decision. Softly cooked egg was perfect. Charred Lemon Dressing was a tad too mad, but very fruity. The toast was perfect: crunchy on the outside, warm bread inside. A simple thing, but it requires the right bread, cut only thick enough, and roasted only long enough to get this texture/taste. A trip to NC only worth the toast!
I think I just found my new favorite chicken salad sandwich! And to complete it, it is served on one of their delicious Croissant Baguettes! My side of the apple and walnut Slave was a big proposal! Bravo, Rhu!

Buttermilk Cornbread soup and Sally Lunn bread my favorites. Great hangout. Just another dimension of John Fleer's food style. Amazing.
Good food, pretty fast service even on a Saturday morning. I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon on a biscuit. Bacon was cooked perfectly! The biscuit was tender but didn't break apart. I was shocked how they cook each egg to order. I wasn't impressed with the cold brew coffee, though. A little bitter. The only sweetener they had besides sugar was stevia. Yuck. Will absolutely be back. Plenty of upstairs seating.
