Lennys Grill Subs - Asheville

Belligerently disrespectful owner guarantees my office will never order from here again. Normally have had decent experiences here but the last 3 months the food has come out wrong entirely or with problems such as missing ingredients or added hairs that weren't ordered. When the hair was found I was told to come back and they'd make it right. When I came back a month later I was told they couldn't do anything because it had been so long. Took my food to go and ended up with two Philly Cheesesteaks with NO cheese. Offered to send a pic to the owner who still called me a liar and refused to refund the order. In a town with standards like Asheville, this place shouldn't be allowed to exist. This store is an embarrassment to the franchise and the reason why Google should let you leave ZERO stars.

The hot buffalo sandwich was good. The turkey sandwich had about half a tub of mayo on it. I would go some place next time!

Grabbed a delicious meatball sub from here. Came out quick. They had lots of chip choices and the fountain drink was super good and crisp. A great place to get lunch!

Best bee steak I've ever had! I'll have to move myself a little so I won't burn out with this amazing samich.

This is the best sandwich shop around. The service is awesome and the food is fantastic! Thank you Lenny's for serving our community!
