I worked in the service industry for over a decade through college, law school, and beyond; thus, it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Also, I am an out of state visitor to the area. Mary Jocould not handle a slight wait (two parties on a wait). She played the blame game on the kitchen and drunk customers. No oneseemed intoxicated even a little bit. She even raised her voice to the customers. Our food was thirty minutes late and burnt. Mary Jo got irate and called me drunk when I showed her the pizza and asked if we could have it remade. She said the bottomwasn?t burnt but she would have it remade. If I was the owner of this establishment, I would really consider educating myemployees on customer service.
We went for late lunch/early dinner today for the first time. We will definitely be back. The food was great! Fresh ingredients! We had the Wachos, salads and Buffalo chicken pizza. Cool environment, clean, good service. Love that they have gluten freeoptions also.
Friendly staff and yummy pizza with local beers on tap. I got a gluten free veggie pizza that was yummy. A little thick of a crust but comes with the territory. We sat outside with our dog. Other dogs were chill and didn?t make a fuss.
The pizza was delicious I got the one with golden beets on it it was soooo good! We were on vacation with our two dogs and it was helpful that they allowed dogs on the patio area and provided fresh water although the patio is small so if your dog iseasily excited by other dogs may want to skip bringing them.
I live in Denver now and I?m currently sitting here craving the beet ravioli dish at Pizza Mind. I?m thinking about making a trip to Asheville just to eat them again. Do yourself a favor and try them now! They are so good. I think I would considermoving back to Asheville just to be able to eat them. Easily one of my favorite things that I?ve ever eaten! ????
