Contribuisci feedbackI have used the drive-thru at this restaurant before, and it's not the first time they have made a mistake. I ordered two large Whopper meals, which should have been simple enough. However, I was charged more than expected because they added cheese slices to my burgers.
My family and I visited our local Burger King to try the new katsu burgers that had been advertised. I ordered the chilli whopper and my wife ordered the katsu royal. However, when we received our burgers, we were disappointed by the lack of coleslaw in each of them. There was hardly any coleslaw, maybe just a teaspoon's worth. I understand that burgers may not always look like the advertised image, but to be so skimpy with the coleslaw was disappointing. I asked the staff at the counter if this was the correct amount, especially considering the overflowing coleslaw in the burger image above them. The response I received was that it was indeed the amount you get. I decided not to argue further. Overall, we were disappointed not only by the lack of coleslaw in the burgers but also by the poor service. It's a shame that such a small detail could ruin our dining experience. We do not plan on returning anytime soon.
I have just spent the best part of £25 for 3 meals and a side of chicken nuggets, for £10 of that not to arrive, what a complete waste of money, thanks very much!. I rang the restaurant and informed them im missing the main part of my meal, meaning the burger, they told me there’s nothing they can do, their drivers arnt there’s so they can’t send another driver out to me and I either have to get hold of just eat and get a refund, which is too much fuss when I’m dealing with children at dinner time and also, why do I have to be the one to rectify the problem when I’m not the one that messed up!! Or he has taken my name, so next time I visit I can get a free burger… like that’s actually going to happen. I understand people make mistakes, but surely with large orders? 3 meals isn’t difficult to get your head around. Im so annoyed, I guess the silver lining is that it was my meal they missed rather than one of my childrens. Should of stayed with McDonald’s!
0 rated Really poor food quality,which is surprising as they have kfc , Mc Donald's and subway around them .the staff are not very welcoming and the place looks like it could do with a clean.Car park is good and it has a drive thrust.But I would say drive by as this is a tepid at best food .The halloumi fries should have been named Halloween fries as they were a horror show .un edible well over cooked ,shrivelled crooked fingers .This comes across as a place you would be wasting your time to return anything as they would not understand your language.Throw out for the birds and move on ,to another fast food place next door .Really it is poor quality and you pay for the experience in more ways than one if you consumed it.
Really poor customer service at the restaurant and then got home and been given wrong order! Probably why this place is always empty.
