They messed up my order, didn't know their prices, didn't know what the meals included, and they were not concerned with their mistakes. I was excited about eating here because of the reviews. However, I will never be back again. I completely recommend la parillia for anyone looking for good Mexican food with friendly staff. Completely disappointed.
I used to go to this place all the time when it was El Azteca. They've changed names and management since. I went a few times after the transition and they still had some of the same employees. Went there yesterday for lunch. All different staff. There was one other table there upon our arrival of three. It took 35 minutes from time off order to time off bringing our food. The food was ok. Seasoning on shredded chicken tasted like it came from a cheap store bought packet. Table service was lacking. Carpeted floor was very sticky by the kitchen (near bathrooms) and you could hear your shoes sticking and releasing as you walked. I assumed it was the product of employees walking to and fro from the kitchen to the dining area. Could use a good carpet cleaning in that area. At $10 for a lunch special that took forever combined with poor service, I don't see this place lasting long at all. Maybe this was just an off day? I'm not inclined to go back, but if I do it will definitely be a long time. Wish the old El Azteca was back.
Good eating and friendly staff, no complaining. I was skeptical at the reviews, but glad I tried it. the chicken Fajitas were great, lots of eating and lots of huh, while some places try to fill the chic with sweet instead. I'll eat here again when they're still here.
They took forever and it's a long wait time. The waitress seemed like she didn't care. I'm not trying to make this a race issue but the other race ahead of us got their food way faster and basically got the same thing as us. So I got a burrito and it didn't even look like a burrito it looked like a enchilada. Over all experience was bad.
Excellent eating, generous portions and under new management. happy hour specials from 3-5, perfect timing for the 'oh no, I had 't lunch time of the day, and a very nice guy named eric, who runs the place for his dad. I'm glad I had a chance here. do not let them deceive that this is missing from mass they deceive, the place is recovered from the previous peculiarities. I stopped because I noticed that the police gathered there between layers, and we all know that our beamers know where the best is to eat. I look forward to tasting the menu!
