Burger King - Atlanta

Our family has always been a fan of bk... I went to this store today, Dalaries Service is very attentive and solved the little difficulties I encountered. She also gave my 4-year-old child a toy, she is really amazing, I must thank her for having a perfect meal time!

1. I would like to thank you T mobile for my free Whopper on T-Mobile Tuesday but had problems with app. 1st time in this BK, tent to BK to get my helicopter, then added .40 cheese ordered 10 pieces chicken nuggets. Ready for Hepper, then no cheese. So I called BK, spoke to Mgr. She said she'd take care of me when I come back, appreciate this kind of customer service. Thank you.

Never come to this Burger King, I waited in line 10 minutes for terrible evil food. I ordered a double chopper and the top meat is not done, and the bottom meat is burned. The frits are old and my lemonade is watery. If I wasn't far away, I'd take it back. But the people who work there are ghetto and played loud music through the Intercom while they try to take your order

Your food quality is getting worse and worse. At the beginning they were fine, but after McDonalds opened nearby they began to lose customers and their food quality also began to deteriorate. I would still go to BK to get food because it is a more comfortable ride, but after today's purchase I would rather go to the nearby McDonalds, which is out of the way for me. I took a picture of my last purchase. A simple Whopper court that was absolutely hammered. Ingredients in the burger seem to be crushed together and the frits were cold and old. (I ordered medium frits and I am not even sure whether its size medium)

I am so disappointed with their drive thru service, the person messed up my order multiple times. But yet I was never bothered about it and didn’t stop going back. But this time it made me so mad that how they constantly keep messing up my order. I got there four to fives times in a week by now they should know the order. But no they don’t, so anyways they replaced the messed up order with the right one. And when I got home I see this as my whopper. Burnt all the way. How better the day could be. Had to go back to get my money back as what’s the point for paying for such a service where they don’t check what they are giving to their customers. Highly upset about it.
