Mcdonald's - Atlanta

This McDonald's has made some changes in the staff and decoration of the shop. With the diversity of customers from all areas of life, I give them every credit for their patience and tolerance. Overall, this memory will be about longer than I want. B.

This place is much better than many other locations, but there was no enthusiasm when I took my order. It doesn't have to be like Chickfila, but feeling a smile behind the voice would be a much better experience for everyone. But they've been redeemed on the windows. They were kind and made my order right. The food was great and the Bic Mac was very beautifully layered. You'll get good food here!

It was bull! I'll never stop at McDonald's on Thornton again! Staff ignore the customers! Even tho it is their task they do not want 2 take your order, they want you to go to kiosk, even if u say u have a mobile order! That was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been 2 and definitely the reason I'll never ever spend my hard-earned money on McDonald's! I own a restaurant and if that were my business, I would have a completely new crew, with a new attitude that really likes the work they have requested! If you do not want to work in Fast Food, stop filling out the application! Start a business or something, but don't make customers feel uncomfortable when you spend our money! So unprofessional and the store was not clean anyway! It was as dirty as employees' attitude!

The food was good as expected. Order was right. But the ride thru line, ugh, was a terrible long wait. not so many cars. After 15 min I finally went in 5 min, start to finish. The staff was pleasant enough.

This location always has the most ridiculously slow drive through. I've waited over 30 minutes in line with maybe 10-12 cars in front of me. Employees are often very nice, but sometimes you get one with red eyes who moves very slowly and then the wait times start to make more sense... Food is your standard McDonalds fare. Go inside or do curbside pickup if you can.
