The boss treated us for lunch. You have exactly what you would expect, which is all about great American cuisine. I enjoyed my half pound bacon cheeseburger. The waiting staff here are also friendly and do their jobs well. The price is also very reasonable.

Farmer's Walnut Street Diner is a quintessential small-town diner. The food is exactly what you want to find in a place like this: authentic classic American quisine, prepared with an experienced hand. My breakfast was just right: neither over- or underdone, with a portion that was a good value for the price but not overly generous. All in all, it was the type of down-to-earth experience you would expect to find in a little diner somewhere in Iowa.

Skillet was wonderful and our server(Lynae) was on top of things and offered us great service. Will definitely be back!
