Contribuisci feedbackI experienced poor service both at the restaurant and when I tried to reach the corporate office. They made mistakes at every turn and it took over an hour to resolve them. Additionally, I felt mistreated by the staff and the manager. After several attempts to get a response, I was left with no resolution at all.
As far as taco bell's go, this is a good one. The food is always made as expected and none of my orders ever have anything missing or wrong. Lately they've been understaffed. But despite that pressure, orders are still made correctly even though ittakes a little longer. I'd rather wait a little longer to have great service than have it be too fast and terrible.
I absolutely adore this Taco Bell! It's not like any other location. The staff is incredibly friendly, they maintain a clean environment, and they consistently deliver excellent service. The employees will always have a special place in my heart. I highly recommend this spot—definitely a 10/10!
I'm puzzled by all the negative reviews. I live in another state, yet I still choose to come here. Ellington and his team have been fantastic. Both Ellington and Kristina deserve raises; they are always polite and cheerful, and Kristina always remembers me. When Ellington is around, the staff seem happier and more focused on providing fresh products. Please ensure that Ellington and especially Kristina are well-compensated; they are compensating for any shortcomings in service. Also, I believe Kristina and Nina deserve a raise and the $500 for the surveys I completed for them. Their customer service is exceptional!
I went out my way to complain look at this $9 nachos combo at least my drink and soft taco was good cause this bean nachos is crazy for the price
