Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Atwater

This chicken is amazing! It was our first time dining here, and we enjoyed it a lot. Everything had a great flavor, especially the cookies! We will definitely come back. The staff member we interacted with was really polite and answered all our questions. Great service, Circle K!

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal, five sweet and sour sauces, mashed potatoes with gravy, and some shrimp. The picture showed a generous serving of mashed potatoes, but what I received was a small cup filled with a gooey white substance. The chicken pieces were much smaller than what you would typically expect for an 8-piece meal; they looked like they came from a very small chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was similarly tiny and had an overwhelming sour taste. I've ordered from this restaurant before without any problems, so I can only assume that whoever prepared my meal was under the influence of something unusual. I'm really disappointed with my $60 order.

My first experience at the restaurant wasn't terrible, but I've certainly had better meals. I did appreciate the crispiness of the chicken, although I had some concerns about its freshness before it was cooked. The flavor was familiar and memorable, which I liked. However, I was hoping for a bit more of a spicy Cajun kick, as advertised. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. The freshness issue might have just been an isolated incident, so I will definitely give them another shot to see how things go.
