The manager on Sunday, October 1st (around noon) was so rude to my husband and I that I will NEVER go to this location again. We live in the Lakeland Hills neighborhood and have been customers at this Starbucks since it opened. We have always enjoyed coming here until this weekend. We have never been treated with such incompetence, arrogance and rude behavior. Whomever the male manager was that was working on this day needs a good lesson in customer service and courtesy. Guess they don't value their repeat customers, as they just lost two.
I usually use the Starbucks by the taco time but since this location is close to me I didn’t feel like I wanted to go to the other one well , I ordered the same drink and every time they make it weird or something plus I asked for light ice and they give me almost half of the cup, this is very irritating!
Ordered a drink I’ve ordered for years, at the window I get it and it’s a venti that is filled a quarter of the way, I asked nicely if indeed what they gave me is what I ordered, he responded yep that is how it’s made, I replied weird I have ordered this for years and first time I have got it like this, didn’t offer to fix it and his reply is “well maybe you said it differently in the past” I said no, he said oh well, I was blown away by the disrespect and terrible customer service from David, I just replied thanks David and drove off, that was after I tipped BEFORE I got my drink, won’t be back
I went to Starbucks as normal before work at the Lakeland auburn Starbucks. Today Bella was my cashier and she was not friendly and was rude. She took my order over the intercom did not say the starbuck welcome verbiage and rushed me to order. I did ask for fruit and egg box and requested to please look at the fruit to make sure it 's not wilted prior to me purchasing. When I got to the window she gave me the fruit box and said look at this to make sure it 's good. I did and stated can I please get a different one due to the apples being rotten and she then snatched it out my hand. This was uncalled for, she gave me another one and stated this is as good as I can do! . I was offended and asked her, how is your morning going, I feel you being rude and short and it 's uncalled for . I did make a comment and state to my sister who was on the phone when receiving such poor attitude first thing in the morning, it doesn 't feel good, especially if i dont deserve it, it can cause for your entire day to be off and I hope mines isn 't ruined now.My advice is Bella needs to work on her customer service and how to treat customers, its not OK to receive poor service and attitude when I am spending my money and supporting a business
Great customer service, quick in and out, the food always to the perfect temperature shape, the ambiance is lovely. The place always clean. The staff are so friendly. Bella just made my day with her beautiful latte art.
