Wendy's - Auburn

Poor quality, i have been occasionally going to them hoping it was a one time event of disappointment. I will not go again until new management happens Everytime i have gone they dont give me the right thing. For an example all of the specialty buns like pretzels bread, ect. They dont give you. There is also times i order drinks like berry frosty or frozen drinks. Almost never have them. The worse part is they dont tell you they dont have it. They just give you a subsitute without telling you and sometimes try to hide it. They also keep the dine-in closed most of the time and the one time it wasn't it was discussing, sticky floors, fountain drink overflowing, ect.

I feel badly for the owner of this place 3 customers in one hour (5:30pm) 6 uninspired employees plus a manager one of the employees did show independence and creativity with face tattoos. I wonder though, how can this establishment survive? The food was a direct reflection of the apathy of the people who made it. The fries were cold, the bread was stale and the soda machine was broken. I also feel badly that I was one of three people (suckers) who stopped for dinner hoping for the Fresh, Quality food Dave used to promise. Won’t be back!

Why in all the yrs Wendy's has been in business why don't they give you your straw and soda or drink at the same time? Do I want to wait 5 minutes and cant drink my drink well I can but no straw till you get your food strange

I have been to some pretty ratchet Wendy's, but this one takes the cake lol. So we go in and it's maybe 7:00? So a normal time to be eating food. There's nobody in there, and only two people working behind the counter, one of which either had no idea what he was doing or was stoned out of his mind or both. We had to ask for the lemonade multiple times for him to get it despite that we were the only customers at the time. And a large fry took almost 10 minutes...that's not an exaggeration. The people that came in behind us ordered drinks and said the soda machine was flat and there was no ice. And normally I would feel bad because like, oh no, there's only two people the staff must be overwhelmed! But these two guys literally did not care at all. (Understandable, since it's Wendy's, but still.

The lady there in the morning on Sunday, was wonderful. Very helpful.
