Simple, but effective and healthy. Many ingredients in each bowl, including but not limited to rice, baby spinach, seaweed salad, mango, fish of choice, edamame etc. I have the salmon. Wing with regular size. Deee-licious

I usually eat food that is deep fried and kills me slowly. That tried and was very impressed. Delicious and great for lunch. A fast and tasty lunch in the city.
