After paying during a rush hour I was putting cash away and she ordered me that “I can leave now” with rolled eyes very rude customer service. Ice-cream was good and all the other staff was so sweet and efficient. Just sad to see one employee ruin the vibes and service for the whole visit. Overall great staff and ran well. However wont be coming back after this visit due to not feeling welcomed as a customer. Hope to see some changes because the store is usually astonishing. Very disappointing.
All I wanted was to get some ice cream but instead I left very dissatisfied with the rude customer service Lexi gave to me. I felt her response was unnecessary and extremely rude. I am a plus sized woman and a woman of color I got a different response then all the other customers. She refused to serve me and made her nice coworkers serve me instead. When it was time to checkout I got attitude and rolled eyes. I’ve had great experiences at this location but after this encounter she ruined my visit and my view of this store. Some action needs to take place in order for me to return.

That's just okay. I don't think I'm a fan of the Coldstone method of mixing ice cream. problematic was the little ice-cake I bought for my wife on her birthday. cost-effective and tasteful deep cooler burned. in short, I feel overpaid for c ice cream. this is 100% my subjective opinion and no affirmation of the fact at all.
I ordered a dear one. they put it in a like it cup in a love it: and I signed and had the bogo, but they did not honor so that I ended paying $9 for a like it plus a shake should have been only $6.49 tax) but that was a terrible experience. I understand that they don't care about their job, but what if everyone in health cares about the same way? it's just super disappointing.
