Mcdonald's - Aurora

Worst McDonald's I ever been too, they always mess up on my order and this time the orange juice was too watery, and no egg in my mcmuffin. They either need to train your employees right or get supplies

There is literally NEVER anyone at the register. Employees just walk back and forth in front of the register ignoring lines. the manager also does nothing and treats DoorDashers horrible. This place needs to get shut down

I come here quite often and this is the first time ANYTHING like this has happened. I will never be coming back to this location. they gave me some raw chicken, i do not recommend this place. very disgusted at this. they take forever just to give you undercooked chicken.

Second time here today it seems it don’t matter if it’s day or night shift. Day shift got my order wrong AND gave me cold fries . I go in to complain manager totally ignore me start speaking Spanish and walked off. Tried get refund then she proceeded to look at me laugh and throw the food away. Went at 830 tonight manager starts taking my order walks off mid sentence for over two minutes then comes back like nothing happened and I’m like wow I was talking you just left he totally ignored my complaints and said “so what do you want “ I’ll never go back

It was horrible they forget my sons happy meal when it was on the recipt how could you do such a thing. They did not give my children they're drinks worst McDonald's ever. Period
