Mcdonald's - Aurora

They need to make sure that they actually hear what people order, so there is no situation where they drive to the window to pay and no one is aware of what they have ordered and how! simply expressed. please do them better with their customer service! I mean, we don't come for the quality of eating, so at least act as if there was something valuable for my money!

Asked for a quarter pounder and got a Big Mac. I'm not sure how difficult it is to put together a McDonald's order. Not very happy with this place lately.

When one asks for extra pickles and onions on a McDouble one expect to recieve extra pickles and onions on said Mcdouble. Espieclly when there are custom printed labels on the wrappers. The normal amount of pickles and onions on a McDouble is roughly 2 pickles and a small amount of onions. Why do employees think its acceptable to give out McDoubles with custom printed labels and give the normal amount of pickles and onions? I know this seems small and insignificant but in all honestly 2 pickles on a burger is a joke and the amount of onions if barely enough to taste. (Not to mention its slapped in the center of the bun Is it wrong to expect to recieve the order that I asked for? Because I dont think it's that much to expect. One star.Dispite my complaints..Sprite was good as always. ?

Food was cold when I got it. And they gave me the wrong drink they didn't check the order before they gave it to me like normal McDonald's would

We prefer this McDonald's over the newly built McDonald's off of quincy by Walmart even if that one is closer to our house. They get my order correctly and my coffee is always consistent over here.
