Contribuisci feedbackVery good espresso martini and fall flavored drinks. Our sever, Julia, was amazing, even though we did stay past closing. The food was really good, the only thing I wasn?t a fan of were the grits. Truffle ravioli was really really tasty, but I do wishit was vegetarian.
Shishito peppers, chicken karage, and grilled foie gras were excellent, as were our oysters and scallops from the raw bar. Opening drinks included a nice margarita and a cool 1970s gin/limencello concoction. From there we dabbled w chicken tacos andTX wagyu, and dessert was amazing with a panacotta special. AJ was an awesome server, making many recommendations along theway. Beautiful patio w misters out front and pretty vines on the walls completed our experience. We'll be back to try more aswe just began to dent the entree menu. 5 stars.
It's a nice small restaurant with delicious food. The host, we were not pleased with. My husband had made a reservation for us for my birthday dinner. When we got there we waited a few minutes then the host led us to a high table and chairs share withanother couple. We asked him for a table. Then he brought us to a regular table. There were plenty of tables available not surewhy he led us to a high table.
It was great food and nice place, interior design is cool to look at. I ordered texas wagyu steak and it came out really good. Flavor was there, cooked right. In addition we got squash side dish which was fantastic. Wife got scallops, their risotto wason top, highly recommend. All in all definitely somewhere i can see coming back. Kudos to the chef!
We visited District Kitchen for the first time last night and had an amazing evening. The weather was perfect for sitting outside! The margaritas are good and not too sweet. We tried a little of everything, evening special appetizer, bread, halibut,steak, pasta and the lobster roll. Dinner was plated beautifully! For dessert we tried the chocolate mousse and the taco cannoli?rolls?. Great texture for the desserts. The staff and restaurant manager are very friendly and attentive. I look forward togoing back!
