Delicious ice cream! Definitely one of the best in domain. Very juce staff. Strongly recommend.

So delicious. The presentation of the Gelato is GORGEOUS. I love how many dairy-free options there are, and that you can actually sample the products before deciding what you want to order. I also love that the Gelato is low-calorie, compared to ice cream. It fit into my macros perfectly!!! Will DEFINITELY be back. I decided on the bubblegum Gelato, and loved every bite!

The pistachio, coconut, coffee are good! We also tried the strawberry w/ champagne is a bit sweeter than I expected.

Went here on a whim trying to get something to cool down after shopping in the summer heat. Boy let me tell you this the smoothest tastiest Gelato I’ve ever had in my life. The pineapple, peach, and the strawberry I sampled was simply delicious. This place is a must visit if you shopping here.

However, I was told that since I had already taken a spoonful, they could not accept the return. It's frustrating that they would prioritize a plastic spoon over ensuring customer satisfaction. It would have been more reasonable for them to provide me with another spoon or a small plastic cup for sampling purposes, rather than throwing the entire container away, wasting both the product and my money.Overall, my experience at frost Gelato left much to be desired. The expensive prices, inadequate portion sizes, and lack of proper customer service were major letdowns. I would hesitate to recommend this gelato place to others, as there are certainly better options available that offer both value for money and a more enjoyable gelato experience.p
