Tia's Kitchen - Austin

We got all 3 enchiladas and brisket quesadilla and all the food was awesome. The meats were as good as you would get at the best bbq joint with just right flavor and moistness. Sauces were all outstanding and tortillas like Tia or Abuella made. All of this and great service. Cant wait to try the other menu items. THANKS!!!

Absolutely by far great Service and great food!! My wife is down with the flu so I took our kids up their yesterday and Tia was absolutely the kindest and most generous person to myself and my two kiddos. Not a huge enchilada person but these by far were the best I had. Brisket was on point. My son devoured his chicken taco and my daughter who is very picky loved her customized cheese and spinach quesadilla. Can't wait to have more!!! Thank you Tia!!!

Dripping Springs/Belterra/all points west and worth a drive out highway 290 and just down Nutty Brown road friends ... do you like food trucks, supporting local, smoked meats ... then you must try, I have never tasted better smoked chicken from Tia 's Kitchen in 'Cedar Valley Eats ' food truck park. Hot whole smoked chicken (in natural juices is it wrong to drink straight from that tap? ... , fresh tortillas (made 3 times per day , beans, rice a meal to take home ... tell them mijo moto sent you ...

A delightful place where Tia makes her tortillas and refried beans fresh every day. The brisket melts in your mouth with a hint of a smoky flavor. You can order ahead and pick it up but sitting outside on the picnic tables just adds to the whole experience. We will go back!

After visiting for lunch several times we decided to order brisket and chicken for a party this weekend. WOW! Tia's didn't disappoint. The food was AMAZING! Definitely 5 stars...highly recommend.
