Carolina's Mexican Food Avondale

The food was very good and fast. I really liked my beef tacos and my rice and beans. We also had a chicken tamale that was good. Salsa is very garlicky without other taste. The TV was very loud and loud music also played. Take out great.

One of the best places to visit for a well-known Mexican food experience. Their taste is more tasteful and freshly served. The kitchen is wide open and can be seen from the dining area. My favorite is her flu and deception. They are also known for their red burritos. The owner of this location is often seen on site and is a friendly, loving owner. You also have a drink counter that throws away many restaurants in the area. I am very happy to have met the owner and complain to them for opening a site in Avondale.

We ate in the city center and in Peoria for years and were thrilled when this place was opened, much closer to home. The dining room is enormous (which apparently makes it a great place to store tables and chairs) and the glass walls that allow you to see in the kitchen are quite cool. We have eaten at this point at least a dozen times, but not recently because we have jobs with normal working hours; this place now has a closing time of 6:00 also on Friday and Saturday and we just can't get there before they close on most days. We went to Peoria's place last week because we wanted Carolina's food, but I just came home after 6:00. Service is hit or miss sometimes the person at the counter is friendly and sometimes not so much. It's ALWAYS slow. It takes a long time to get the food, and as soon as we waited for an hour and when I went to the counter and asked, she asked the chefs something in Spanish and then said: We will start with it now. They had Jamaica and Horchata, but they didn't have the last few times we left. I love their salsa and tortillas and my favorite item from the menu is a red chili burrito.

Talk about the right hospitality! Was very surprised to see that the owner works their own cash register, answer phones and help customers at the same time. It is hard to find great food and great service in the same place. They won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience! Owner offered a refund for making my food incorrect and not giving part of my order. She asked me to go in to retrieve my money for the mistake. Then decided not to respond nor refund my money. I went into the restaurant and she asked that I allow her to process my refund later and assured my refund in the amount of $35. She processed my purchase without refunding. I also got sick from the food. I would not recommend. Extremely Horrible customer service, food is not good and the restaurant is shaming the generational business.
