I had hoped to order some happy hour items without needing a menu, but it was difficult to get service at the bar area. When I asked to sit in a booth, it felt like they were reluctant to accommodate me. The bartender was initially unfriendly but warmed up slightly, though still seemed distant. I might try asking for a table next time. I only ended up having appetizers as I planned on having dinner but left after half a beer and two glasses of water. I won't blame the cooks when the servers were not much better. That was my experience, but we still intend to visit again at a different location. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We have dined at this restaurant several times, including on New Year's Eve, as it was right next to our hotel. In general, it is a pleasant place to have a meal. This is the only remaining Claim Jumper in Arizona, as all the others have closed down. During our time living in California, we frequented a nearby Claim Jumper and enjoyed their Happy Hour. While the current Happy Hour menu is now more limited, there are still some great deals available every day from 3pm to 7pm. The service was average and the food was consistently good. Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the convenience of having this restaurant close to where we were staying.
My family brought me here for the first time. They were raving about this place being so good and cooked to perfection. Medium rare was actually Medium rare but today we ordered at 630-7pm and watched as people around ordered, received, ate, and packed up their food to leave. We ordered appetizer and those arrived with speed. The calamari and fried cauliflower were delicious, and hot. They were flavorful as well as the dipping sauce. We received our meals at 8. When we received our food the steaks were cooked well done and all of the rib orders were burnt. We all requested medium or rare steaks. All of the plates(5) were luke warm and cold. We decided to leave and the servers allowed us to speak to the manager; they didn't make us pay. I would not recommend this place.
The food tastes acceptable, I returned my plate to the kitchen. I ordered Ribeye steak and it came cold. I've never had steak served to me cold....the place was very dirty, in the first table they were gonna sit us at had a bunch of food underneath it.
This restaurant is a pleasant place to dine. I took my grandmother here for her birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it. There were many delicious choices on the menu. I ordered the fried chicken, which unfortunately was not very tasty, dry, and tough. However, we really enjoyed the appetizer sampler. It was so large and tasty that we could have just shared that and been satisfied. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
