Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My food was subpar (fish chips) very fishy and oil-laden. The server did take it off the bill..I ended up nor eating it. Our server was very attentive .. there were 10 of us. This location has very poor lighting and it seemed a bit dirty/sticky.

Every time I come here I just love the atmosphere. I like it when it's calmer during the week and I go for lunch. The burgers are amazing and I love their fries with their in house seasoning. I wish I knew the waitress's name that helped us out in March because she had great customer service and checked up on us when it was appropriate, not too much and not too little it's like she knew when we needed her. I love their freckled lemonade it's just a good place to eat.

The food is awesome! I usually get the guacamole bacon burger with sweet potato fries, and it is so delicious that I almost divorced my wife to ask whomever made the burger to marry me. The restrooms were clean. Service was fine with refills and requests for more napkins, etc... Overall a good experience. ?

The steak fries were small, skinny and were more like diet French fries. Looks like they were serving us the bottom leftover tips of fries. When waitress would ask if we needed anything else, she would keep walking and not hear us. So had to ask her for stuff repeatedly.Kid-friendliness: The have kid chairs and balloons for the kiddos!

My food was ready before the time sent to me when I ordered my food. It was placed in the to go area and just sat there getting cold. Mind you that I was at the restaurant waiting for my order and no one called my name even though I was the only one setting their. I finally looked at the name on the bag and it was mine. By the time I got home my food was’t warm but cold. Terrible service.
