Contribuisci feedbackThe food is good. However, sometimes, the service is trash. The owner/manager cannot keep a cashier to save his life. He isn't fluent in English. Therfore, it is difficult to understand what he is saying when explaining or fix a mistake with an order. He isn't the most friendly at times. Also, if they mess up your order in any kind of way; you will NOT get a refund. They will offer to remake the food, but that's all. Service: Take out
Everytime I order they NEVER gives me what I ordered...This time I was missing a wing and extra onions which I paid for...I made it clear make sure that I get everything I've ordered...Get HOME a little rice not the extra onions I've ordered ANDDD three wings!! BUT they never mess up with their price OR their money from you......this may be my last time....I am tired of them keep over charging me for something they never gave me. ANDDD When you call back to tell them about your order,they acts if they don't know English!!
Ok so I call in order, lady on phone mind you must be wife to owner is always rude and lies about how long it will take to fix your food! Anyways, there has been many times I have gone in here where the people that work for the owners are being treated badly! Like this man was yelling at a young girl who is maybe 16/17 years old instead of talking to her like a normal human and telling her what was wrong he was yelling at her and slinging the HOT GREESE BASKET BACK AND FORTH!!! Which could have slug grease all over that young girl and himself and burnt them both! Like learn how to talk to people and treat people how you would like to be treated. I get it life is stressful but don’t take it out on your YOUNG EMPLOYEE THAT IS JUST LEARNING!!! Food most of the time is good here but not a professional place. I think he was in the back before this happened arguing in his language in which I didn’t understand but when someone is angry no matter the language you can pretty much figure it out that there is something going on and then that’s when he came out and started in on that young girl! Like no calm down Sr and talk to her properly!!! I needless to say didn’t keep my mouth closed because if it had of been my daughter that some boss was talking to like that and a customer heard it I would hope they would do the same and help my daughter out by letting that person know the way he was going about yelling at her is not the right way to do things!!! I hope he understood every last word I said because he needs to know that it is wrong to yell as someone like that! Again food is great but I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there because of this.
No 1 Restaurant had some of the rudest people. Every time you go in there the women’s have an attitude , they take their own time taking your order .. I will not return to an nasty rude establishment
